The path to The Snow League World Championship title
The Snow League showcases the world’s top winter sports athletes going head-to-head in multiple halfpipe contests at some of the most iconic resort locations in the world.
The 2025-26 Season featured a four-event global format, with athletes competing to earn points and become the overall champions.
It kicked off in Aspen (March 7–8, 2025), then moved to Yunding Snow Park, China (December 4–6, 2025), returned to Aspen (February 27–28, 2026) after the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, and concluded with the event in LAAX, Switzerland (19–21 March 2026).
The winners of the Season One Snow League World Championship were crowned in Laax:
- Sena Tomita (Japan) for women’s snowboard halfpipe,
- Yuto Totsuka (Japan) for men’s snowboard halfpipe,
- Eileen Gu (China) for women’s freeski halfpipe,
- And Luke Harrold (New Zealand) for men’s freeski halfpipe.
Engaging fans in new ways: the Jeep® Badge for Biggest Air
As a side award, Jeep® introduced the “Badge for Biggest Air,” a performance-based prize that has added a new layer of competition within Snow League halfpipe events. The athletes who triumphed in this competition were Kaishu Hirano (mens snowboard) and Brooke D’Hondt (womens snowboard) on Thursday, Friday’s winners were Brendan Mackay (men’s freeski) and Zoe Atkin (women’s freeski). Saturday’s winners were Patti Zhou (women’s snowboard) and Ryusei Yamada (men’s snowboard).
Unlike traditional podium results, the Badge recognizes athletes who deliver the highest-impact moments, regardless of final placement. This accolade celebrates raw power, innovation and bold approach, qualities synonymous with élite sports performance – and the Jeep® brand.
