Nearly 95,000 readers of one of Germany’s most influential automotive magazines selected two models from the Italian brand as their personal “BEST CARS 2026”. The sporty sedan captured 22.7 percent of the votes, while Alfa Romeo’s first C-SUV achieved 8.4 percent.
The Stelvio also delivered a good performance, earning second place among imported “Large SUVs” with 9.9 percent of the vote. In addition, the Junior reached fourth place among the best imported “Small SUVs”.
Alfa Romeo continues to enjoy great popularity among German customers: all four current models in the line-up recorded above-average results. The recognition obtained through these awards is reflected in the brand’s commercial momentum, with Germany standing as Alfa Romeo’s second most significant market in terms of sales.
Almost 95,000 participants took part in this year’s edition of “BEST CARS”, which auto motor und sport organized for the 50th time. Readers selected their favorites from 480 vehicle models across 13 categories, including dedicated rankings for import brands. The official award ceremony will take place in June in Stuttgart.
