DS Automobiles is unveiling the new DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine, the result of a natural collaboration between two French brands driven by the same culture of elegance, daring and expertise. This new Collection embodies a contemporary and refreshed vision of refinement: young, assertive and inspiring while remaining profoundly faithful to the DS Automobiles identity and the characteristic art of living designed by Sarah Poniatowski for Maison Sarah Lavoine.
DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine: an expression of contemporary refinement
A key model for DS Automobiles, DS 3 is frequently reinvented through exclusive Collections and Limited Editions, asserting its position as a conduit for image, desirability and conquest. Positioned at the heart of the compact SUV segment, DS 3 is versatile, compact and agile while providing benchmark dynamic performance: precise handling and comfort at the highest level in the segment, a signature of DS Automobiles’ expertise.
Founded in 2012, Maison Sarah Lavoine supports a radiant and contemporary art of living, where colours and materials are central. At its head, interior designer Sarah Poniatowski creates in the way you express an emotion. For her, design is a means to soothe, inspire and embellish everyday life, a signature that shapes the elegant and sensitive identity of her business.
With DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine, DS Automobiles is offering a modern, accessible, expressive and deeply emotional interpretation of its SUV. An original creation conceived for an active, curious customer base, sensitive to design and culture, looking for an object that brings people together as much as it stands out. DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine therefore embodies the most accomplished expression of the DS 3 DNA, linking automotive innovation to a contemporary art of living.
DS Automobiles and Maison Sarah Lavoine: a creative certainty
With Maison Sarah Lavoine, DS Automobiles has formed a collaboration based on common and complementary values. The two organisations share the same commitment to French expertise, a sense of detail and an emotional approach to design. Where DS Automobiles expresses refinement and the French Art of Travel, among other things through superior materials selected for their quality and durability, Maison Sarah Lavoine brings its unique sense of colour, the richness of its textures and a free, iconic and timeless spirit.
“This collaboration between Maison Sarah Lavoine and DS Automobiles has, for me, the softness of a dream, where design becomes emotion in motion.”
Sarah Poniatowski, President and Founder of Maison Sarah Lavoine
This collaboration has given birth to DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine, a unique Collection with a strong character.
DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine stands out with a new colour and an exclusive signature, inspired by the world of designer Sarah Poniatowski and interpreted with finesse by the DS Automobiles Colours, Materials and Finishes team. The new Emerald Green colour, deep and luminous, completes a palette of three other refined shades – Perla Nera Black, Lazurite Blue and Crystal Pearl – also available on DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine. All of them are connected through a standard bi-tone finish. The Collection’s exclusive Parthenon Cream roof goes with the first three colours, while Crystal Pearl gets a contrasting Perla Nera Black roof.
The stylistic identity is emphasised by distinctive exterior features: coloured stripes on the roof, quarter panels and top of the tailgate incorporating the exclusive Sarah Blue, 18-inch wheels with wheel centre caps matching the roof, as well as a special bonnet badge. The combination gives DS 3 Maison Sarah Lavoine a sophisticated and decidedly individual look.
Inside, the experience begins as soon as the doors open: the exclusive sill trim, bearing Sarah Poniatowski’s signature and the inspiring words “Beauty is good for you”, immediately illustrate the unique atmosphere of Maison Sarah Lavoine, like an invitation to enter an elegant and warm cocoon, designed as a space of well-being.
The Black Alcantara® upholstery is distinguished by a tone-on-tone embroidery of the “MSL” logo integrated into the headrest, and by cream and blue stitching. The dashboard and door panels are adorned with cream trim and coloured stitching, while the embroidered “MSL” signature faces the front passenger, extending this immersion in the aesthetic world of Maison Sarah Lavoine.
The ergonomics, meanwhile, are updated with the adoption of a new more understated and refined centre console. This redesign frees up more space — both real and perceived — and offers a sense of fluidity that enhances DS 3’s interior harmony.
