ProVia, a brand for safe and reliable budget aftermarket parts for commercial vehicles, will showcase three new product lines at Automechanika Frankfurt 2016. The event, known as one of the automotive service industry’s leading trade fairs, will take place from September 13-17, 2016 at Messe Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany.
Launched in January 2016, ProVia’s initial product offerings included Brake Pads, Coupling Heads, Coiled Tubes and Relay Valves. Now with over 150 distributors in more than 20 countries, ProVia has nearly doubled its product portfolio in just eight months by adding Air Dryer Cartridges, Pressure Limiting Valves and Wheel Speed Sensors. In addition, ProVia now offers twice as many variants of its Relay Valves than were initially available, and has expanded its line of Brake Pads by 45 percent since the ProVia launch.
Developed by aftermarket specialists, ProVia parts are specifically engineered to provide reliable performance and are manufactured to precise standards, with no frills yet no compromise on quality or safety. New products being highlighted at Automechanika Frankfurt 2016 include:
Air Dryer Cartridges – Engineered, tested and approved by aftermarket specialists, ProVia cartridges provide the first line of defense in protecting a vehicle’s air system. Manufactured with high quality moisture absorbing material and in compliance with ISO / TS certification 16949.2009, they can be applied to the majority of heavy-duty commercial vehicle make and models worldwide.
Wheel Speed Sensors – Essential for safety and performance monitoring, ProVia wheel speed sensors feature a universal design that deliver reliable signal integrity and consistent performance in temperatures up to 150⁰C. With only 20 variants, ProVia serves an impressive range of 105 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cross references.
Pressure Limiting Valves – Pressure limiting valves help ensure correct, consistent system pressures to maintain balance and protect equipment. ProVia’s universal design covers multiple OE applications, serving 63 Original Equipment Manufacturer cross references with 15 variants. Like all ProVia parts, they are available in small lot sizes and with quick delivery times.
ProVia plans to further expand the product offerings available through its global distribution network by the end of 2016 by adding Clutch Servos, Spring Brake Actuators, Air Dryers and Rotary Slide Valves. By year-end 2017 the brand plans to offer approximately 25 product categories globally, providing a comprehensive range of products in the commercial vehicles braking system budget spare parts segment.
