The new MEYLE stub shafts fit 5-speed and 6-speed manual transmissions on the Volkswagen T5 and all manual transmissions on the VW Sharan I (05/95-03/10), Seat Alhambra I (04/96-03/10) and Ford Galaxy (03/95-05/06).
Stub shafts are used to pass on rotary motion and drive torque from the differential to the wheels via the primary shaft. The outer toothing on many differential stub shafts is prone to wear out quickly with consequences ranging from unpleasant noise to premature gearbox failure. The result: The car breaks down and requires towing. With the new MEYLE stub shaft Wulf Gaertner Autoparts provides a solution to the problem. The full-service repair kits include stub shaft, pressure spring, washers and snap rings and are available as of now.
